Indonesia National Police, and Chief of Indonesia National Police (2015) at Jakarta High Administrative Court
and Supreme Court of Indonesia
-Handled a case review of the 2012 driving license simulator corruption scandal involving former Chief of
Traffic Corps, Irjen Djoko Susilo, with alleged state losses of IDR 121 billion and money laundering charges,
successfully recovering approximately IDR 800 billion in assets.
-Provided legal assistance in the drafting and implementation of a joint operation agreement between FOE
and PT Minyak dan Gas Bumi Perseroda with Pertamina EP

-Representation of PT Kredit Biro Indonesia Jaya as Plaintiff in an administrative dispute at Jakarta
Administrative Court against the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of the Republic of Indonesia as Defendant.
-Acted as legal counsel for the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa in submitting an election results dispute
(Perselisihan Hasil Pemilu) at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
-Acted as defense counsel in a corruption case concerning PT Panca Wira Usaha, a regional enterprise,
involving alleged state losses of IDR 10.8 billion, where both Oepojo Sardjono and former Minister Dahlan
Iskan were ultimately acquitted.

-Representation in a management dispute case of the Central Executive Board (DPP) of DEKOPIN, with the
elected Chairperson Dr. Sri Untari Bisowarno, M.AP., against Nurdin Halid before the Jakarta Administrative
Court.
-Provided legal assistance in a subrogation debt dispute amounting to approximately IDR 300 billion involving
PT Barata, Bank Syariah Indonesia, and PT Jamkrindo Syariah.
-Involved in the establishment of PLN Energi Primer Indonesia (EPI), a state-owned sub-holding company, since
2022, providing legal support on licensing, internal documentation, procurement, and partnership
agreements.
-Dispute proceedings relating to an alleged breach of contract between PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia
(formerly PLN Batubara) and PT Awang Sejahtera, in which PT PLN EPI prevailed before the South Jakarta
District Court.
-Dispute proceedings relating to a breach of contract arising from a coal sale and purchase agreement
between PT PLN Batubara and PT Sumber Rejeki Ekonomi, in which PT PLN Batubara prevailed before the
